To illustrate how important it is for coaches to find new ways to engage their players, former NBA Rookie of the Year and current ABC/ESPN analyst Mark Jackson makes an interesting analogy between preachers and coaches:"If you're going to preach, you have to be able to change your sermon and win over the congregation. It can't be the same stale message Sunday after Sunday."
