When the ball gets into the paint, there's going to be a collision

Pacers coach Jim O'Brien on what sets BOS, CLE, and LAL apart from the rest of the NBA in terms of defense:

"They're all very focused on not letting the ball get into the paint. When the ball gets into the paint, there's going to be a collision. You have guys that are willing to sacrifice their bodies. When the season is over, these teams, Boston, Cleveland and L.A., will be one, two and three in field goal defense."

Danny Granger summed it up in one sentence:

"They really don't let the ball into the lane."
