Coach Skiles out to "earn trust back" in Milwaukee

Scott Skiles is busy rebuilding a Bucks team that's been in the Central Division's basement for the last four seasons.

In a recent interview with the Milwaukee paper, Coach Skiles said:

"We’ve got to take responsibility for that and change the perception of this team. We have to change that and let people know we’re serious about winning. We can’t just say things. We’ve got to make it happen and show people. We’ve got to earn that trust back. They’re ready. They want to support us. They have to know that we’re serious. We’ve got to change that (soft perception). We’ve got to be mentally tougher and physically tougher."
