Get good help and let them coach

Thanks to Milan Gajic for pointing me toward the Kentucky Sports Report (KSR) for this article outlining Billy Gillispie's tips for building a winning program. A couple of Coach Gillispie's suggestions:

-- Get good help. Let them coach.
-- Have an expert on each area of your staff.
-- Don’t make rules you won’t enforce.
-- Set a starting and ending time for meetings.
-- Schedule time off to stay personally sharp.
-- Force assistant coaches to spend more time with their families.
-- Type up your practice plan.
-- Have managers who specialize in something (laundry, statistics, etc.).
