Leadership inside the locker room

While Adrian Peterson in Minnesota gives his team a real pillar to lean on, the Raiders (like the Cowboys) are in search of a leader.

After the Saints whipped Oakland, 34-3, on Sunday, it was clear that Raiders safety Gibril Wilson, a member of the Super Bowl champion NY Giants last season, was looking for leadership in the locker room:

"The guys who are leaders should step up even more than they are. Somebody has to pick it up," adding that it has to be players who do that, not coaches. "The culture of this team has been losing. That has to stop. It comes from within. It comes from inside this locker room. Guys have to say, 'Enough is enough, period.' "
