Building your own pyramid of success

A friend forwarded me a copy of the Boise State football program's "pyramid" -- which is their version of John Wooden's classic "Pyramid of Success."

I've uploaded the PDF here. You can also click on the image at the left to enlarge it.

At the top of the BSU pyramid is the ultimate objective: Win a bowl game.

Just below that on the pyramid are the goals the team needs to achieve in order to reach their primary objective.

The next level includes a list of "behaviors" (accountability, work ethic, etc.).

The foundational level of the pyramid lists the team's values: Trust, unity, integrity, and leadership.
