Kansas State point guard, 6-foot junior Denis Clemente, had 44 points (13-25 FG and 12-12 FT) to lead the Wildcats to an OT win at No. 11 Texas on Saturday.K-State coach Frank Martin says it's another step in Clemente's development into a leader this season:
"You know that your point guard is doing his job when he's telling me what to run. As a coach, when your point guard tells you what to run, you sit down and listen because that means he's on it, and he knows what's going on."
